Author: Jaylynn Hi there I haven\'t actually received my glasses yet but that\'s OK as they\'re on backorder! I\'ll send the feedback about the product once received. I\'d have to say that the website is absolutely fantastic - easy to use and the product range is amazing. I\'ll be purchasing reading glasses at some stage and won\'t bother going to the shops! I was also really impressed with the customer service - your consultant rang me and left a very nice message to advise that my glasses were on back order as well as the follow up email, and I quiet easily accepted the back order option on-line! All in all a great service - can\'t wait to get my specs! Thanks Jaylynn
